Hunter Harrison is the best thing that has happened to transportation in my 13 years. He's bringing transportation employees back by the droves. I'm sorry that the managers lost their job but in my opinion it was totally necessary.
The old regime bullied transportation employees and made us stressed out to the nth degree. Did not provide revenue and wasted company resources with no return for the company, non whatsoever. All in the name of safety.
When workers are unable to perform their duties with confidence the frigidity itself causes them to make mistakes.
