First mistake was you have union techs working along with contractors every day before the strike. Lets keep it 100 most contractors average pay check 1300 a week plus they are former in house techs so you may have few bad apples but most contractors do a good job sometimes better job than in house. Now I understand why in house techs are striking I feel you did you know if you have a bad equipment and Spectrum send out a tech to replace their bad equipment they back charge the contractor 60 dollars. Only way Spectrum will ever get the message if in house and contractor stood together and told Spectrum we not going stand for that b---s--- anymore then Spectrum would have no choice. I nor my company will never do work for Spectrum I dont care how much they offer

Respectfully, a scab is not a permanent worker just a temp. No union worker from Spectrum has been fired or layed off, otherwise we would be getting unemployment. We are not getting unemployment because per the state labor board, Spectrum is not hiring permanent replacement workers. Something to think about that carrot they are dangling in front of you. NO SCAB IS GOING TO PERMANENTLY REPLACE A UNION WORKER NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU. GET YOUR FACTS AND ASK QUESTIONS.
