We are hearing there closing casky yard. Does anybody know if there is any truth to this

Yes, that interdivisional runs to Casky Yd were ceased officially ceased on Friday May 5th. Coal train and local work crews jobs will be based either out of Evansville or Atkinson. Doors to the facility were due to be locked on Saturday May 6th.
I got the Saturday date from management here. Also there is no bids. ID runs back to divisional. Added bids to Evansville and Atkinson. Not sure what else is in the works but as of Saturday no transportation will be working out of casky.
I heard the car shop at Radnor is being sh-- down along with the hump and Loco shop will be cut back. They also want to do away with receiving yard carmen

Casky is shut down as of this Saturday. Radnor is open still. Rumor has it one of the few Humps to remain open.

Did you hear just the hump at Radnor, or the whole yard? Does this include the Loco shop? I know the city of Nashville has been wanting this property for some time and is willing to offer hundreds of millions to acquire it.
