Last day

Today was my last day with Kellogg's. No severance was worth staying on this sinking ship. I was with this company for 14 years and gave away so much valuable time that could have been with my family but I was devoted to my job.

I'm sure there is plenty of people that feel or felt the same way and now we are just another's piece for Kellogg's to get rid of to take care of shareholders. It's funny because ZSM and even RSM's feel that is a horrible move by Kellogg's but yet the only people that feel this is a good move is the corporate boneheads. Don't even get me started with Jeanie, I hope one day karma comes back at her.

Never, ever will another Kellogg product will be welcomed into my household. I'm thankful to have landed another job and can put Kellogg's behind me. I hope this company goes down the gutter!

Good post also

Been with this company 17 years and over that time I've worked with some of the most dedicated employees that worked long hours many of them sacrificeing time with there families for merchandiseing and selling Keebler/Kellogg cookies and crackers. Now look at us how the heck did it come to this. So disrespectful to find out how much Kellogg is paying a untrained KM for three months getting 2 weeks vacation pay plus $1000 the phone and by the way a higher hourly rate than most KM's that have been there for years. I was going to stay until the end but that's the nail in th coffin. Yea I know Kellogg is just trying to find bodies and throw some money at them and limp across the August finish line. Good luck to those that stick out . I'm done with this mess of a company.
