Big show and tell SH meeting on Thursday. Maybe someone will ask BOD and PH how PH managed to earn a SIX figure Bonus in Years 2015 and 2016 when NR Lost $90M in One year and $40M in the Other. I would bet on a lot of stammering and stuttering around on that answer. Then over to his lot at Carlton Woods for a little relaxation and refreshments while practicing our chip shots. After 8 straight quarters of losing money and , in addition to pissing off the $100M from the sale of NESI, there is really nowhere to go but Up---One would think. Don't forget they are getting a $38M tax refund next month. Got to find a way to piss that off.

Analyst's covering NR still estimate a $1-2M loss for second quarter of 2017. Must have been Really impressed by the conference call. A key will probably still be their financial position (cash position) on 7-1-2016. The way i understand the 10Q is that they will have to pay off the old remaining debt (apprx 83M) in full by 6-30-2017 for the New ASSET based revolver to start 6-30/7-1 2017. Then we will know that they have $100M of subdebt plus what they have borrowed on revolver on the Debt side plus Actual cash on hand (after paying the old debt ) on the Asset side to continue thru 2017.

Corp office expense $9m - which is 2m more than last quarter. Real kicker is cash on hand down almost $18m from last quarter. Wait for Dumb and Dumber CC tomorrow morning. Should be funnnnnn
