This place has become a living hell, and I mean a living hell. I wake up everyday hoping this would all go back to the way it used to be. This company has become tech stabbing techs in the back to benefit their own personal gain ( which is none) supvs learning info from however whether it's a leaky hr person or someone just telling the supv their businesss and the supv using this as info for their own personal gain to start rumors with other supvs and techs. Now we got plant and service barely talking because of sro 85 issues , what such crap ! The manager who is on the way out saying we'll escalate it but to who? theirs no one left ! They are looking into such stupid stuff to get rid of guys . You got guys that have been constant issues and yet they are still here . Makes absolutely no sense. All you hear is oh fiber , fiber but who knows if it'll ever get here . Shops are now going union and some trying and backing down but only by a few votes. If this doesn't scream an UPSET company I don't know what does . They say your not a contractor but yet everything you look at says you are . Meeting after meeting hr has nothing to add and not their fault they probably don't know anything , it seems like this ats crap gets made up on the fly , day to day things change. Oh let me guess you can't deal with change! Ha no , no I can not, not when it changes day to day . Where's any stability in this job anymore . They took a perfectly running company and turned it into a muck . Other providers like spectrum aka old cablevision is laughing saying they can't wait to see it fail and buy us up ! Now they are laying off supvs but even ones that were in the field recently they aren't letting them back in the field , wow so glad I never went for that glorious spot! Again I feel horrible that this is all going on and no this isn't just business at least none that I've witnessed in the 20+ years in the business . I look around at the ATS lineup and if it's not the good old boys I don't know what is. It seems like they picked everyone that they either were in with or that would give least resistance. This place is horrible . I really hope I find something soon .
