It is so depressing to read the comments. I left SSB voluntarily more than a year ago. Looking back i have no regret. Hope you guys at SSB will have a great management who care about the employees. Can't wait for the news that JH gets boosted.

It creates paranoia and unnecessary fear. It's already stressful enough you don't need trolls propagating myths.
Keep in mind that they also raised 300+ Mil in Capital to fund a mass layoff with the sale of that stock last week.
The US severance package was emailed to all US employees on Friday.
Any thoughts on the enhanced medical coverage if you are let go between 52 and 55 outlined in the new severance package distributed on March 31st?
An SVP advised me there will be lay offs sometime in June.

I don't know about the date, but they just published the US severance package info which is something they have never done. I doubt they did that for fun.
