This is to the person that is criticizing fellow employee posts. Don't you realize people are writing on emotion and from their hearts pouring out feelings deep inside! Too bad you are wasting a post for criticism instead of giving support and compassion to all your fellow workers. You must be one of the snide underqualified reps the company chose to keep!

I actually am an old Sunshiner. Been on the street my ENTIRE career from Sunshine thru Flowers then Kelloggs. I have NEVER worked in any Region office and I have never been a DM. But once again the negative attack. I chuckled when I read the post. Am I Happy about this transition? No. BUT I am trying to channel that negative energy into finding a new job. Every few days I need to vent like we all do.
We are not in this together. I bet you were part of the poor management team we worked under. It's people like this the reason we no longer will have jobs...lack of education and job skills, poor leadership, promoting whoever off the streets and making them account mangers, and driving accounts to the ground. KSRs were being promoted after being a PTM for like 3 months, have never written an order in their lives, some barely speaking English, have poor merchandising skills, leadership skills, and were promoted because of being buddies with the already poorly educated DMs Kelloggs has. If you supported these poor decisions, then you were part of the problem, and you deserve to fail.
Jeez, folks we are all in this together. A team. Sniping at each other because a person can't spell well is ridiculous.
