Yes. The Fresno seed plant is closing and moving to a cheaper labor market. That being Waterloo, Iowa.

So Sean it is ok to move a plant from a more expensive state to a cheaper one. At the same moving your HQ from a cheaper state to a more expensive one.

Yeah the makes sense.
