Employment as a contractor after severance paid out in full

Does anyone know if there is a rule that you have to wait 90 days after your last severance payment to be considered for employment at Kellogg even as a contracted employee?

Relax. Just trying to get information from others who may have something useful to contribute.

Yeah, I know. Just trying to find out if others have been told this as I did not see this in the separation paperwork. I think the rules are made up as they go along depending on the situation.
