Management running scared in Newark they know what time it is. the leaders are preaching why do we need need a union pro company and they eating it all up. WELL PLAYED. got them to even have all shifts meet at once so we can jam the clowns in a Corner. I SMELL VICTORY. NEWARK IS SOLID AS A ROCK
Voting Unit:
All full-time and regular part-time field service technicians and logistics “warehouse” employees employed by the Employer at its Delancey Street, Newark, New Jersey facility.
Been with cablevision 5 yrs. where doesn't matter. Seen a lot of changes happen. I read alot about this new owner. And it scares me. Got 2 kids and wife. She's gotta work to help out. We live in a apartment and not a mansion somewhere in manhattan. There's less work to do so they are doubling us up. Not a good sign. Not important how I know many changes is gonna happen after June 17th. I just know from someone I know upstairs. A good man. he wishes it didn't have to happen. We're going to lose many customers this summer. And more firings. Layoffs. All the same. Lots of good techs are here no more. Good friends. They taught me alot. And I feel stupid cuz i was one of them that voted no to union. I wish I got another chance to vote now. Later will be 2 late.
