Firing is irrespective of capgemini or igate.
Hike is different at levels but ia in the range of 1% - 9% for rate 5 to rating 1.

Capgemini is sacking all top management folks of erstwhile IGATE and replacing them with Capgemini folks.
HR who writing wrong info like this should be layed off first as they are useless! They are burden and cost to company.
