May be in July- August, end of 2nd quarter.
We don't see any effort being made to fix key issues. Just rearranging cubicles and people or moving things to BLR or KRK does not fix things.
Unless right steps are taken, we are head to another round of layoffs. we can also hope we accidentally get new customers.
Haven't heard about anyoe being put on PIP, but there is definitely an odd 'vibe' in the air around Southlake. Certain managers now seem a bit distant with their groups so it does make you wonder if something is about to happen.
The conference rooms are always booked anyways..I'm never able to get one. I did also hear they are putting people on PIP like crazy..so they can fire instead of lay off.
Go into schedule in outlook and pull up all conference rooms. If all of the smaller rooms are scheduled then that's the day that there will be layoffs. Scroll through the days. This is a foolproof way to know the date that the hammer will fall.

Or a Thursday in April...
Well April 24th would be 91 days since the first set of layoffs in January. Once again, letting them stay under WARN levels in the US (if they lay off 400 people or fewer in Southlake).
Not good if your manager invites you to an unscheduled meeting on a Monday in April.
This design is wicked! You obviously know how to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog well, almostHaHa! Wonderful job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool! cbcgegbecdbcdecb
