Capgemini took over AXA and they have started doing this giving D Rating and removing employees Instead of removing highly paid unless managers they are removing technical employees who are holding the project. Managers are very partial towards their favorite people..
My work was never considered for appraisals and never given opportunity to learn even after asking my manager a lot times.

They are unfit to manage IT project and techies, no wonder clients are stepping back and not giving business after seeing these donkey herdsmen(aka managers)

One more thng.. it's managers who hold the project and not the technical guy..
Donkeys (technical guy) will do complete task but they get same amount of grass to eat, on other hand owner of donkeys (managers) are the one who deal wid client and gets the money.. ha haa
