Stop spreading the rumors,capgemini had given 100 percent bonus on rating 3.
The % is incorrect, 3 rating gets a minimum 100%
He has right connect at right places. It's true, the bonus could have been worse but they settled at these numbers.
Where do you get this inside info from ??
