Layoffs at Indian IT Companies

Why these news flashes only at the time of an Appraisal or Hike? Look at the last Five years history, An Indian IT Biggies are earning the Profit just by doing that. They knew the Indian IT workforce psychology very well and we are asking them to play with it.

Allow me to tell you the fact.. without Sr. or Mid Level workforce, they can't run their Business in India or outside. Because Client (in US or UK, anywhere) want Sr. workforce to work on their assignment. So.. please...

Allow me to advice one thing to an Indian IT Biggies, slash down the notice period from 3 months to 1 month and watch. You may not be asking Employees to leave or terminate. They themselves will resign and join the Companies which will be accurate for them.

Stop playing with People sentiments and career...

True. Should reduce notice period from 3 to 1 months. Then see how many employees leave from CG. Also keeping VA for extra 3 months means u r looting their hard earned money. If have guts then pay there VA quarterly and see if you can retain employee or not.
