If you're really miserable as an employee than in their eyes, they're doing their job. It means they're cutting enough fat, bones, organs and tissue from the business to save enough money to go acquire and ruin another company. You'll never see a survey here because they don't care what we think. They're already onto their next purchase.

Emplyee survey? Yea right, imagine that. They know the negativity that'll come with that plus they don't give a f-- what u think. That should be their VOC..
