BoD meetings vary by company and need.
When a company and CEO got its $hit togather likely not too frequent.
But I'd like to believe these days at Intel they BoD would be requiring monthly detailed reviews of all the great initiatives the clown has dreamed up. Also would expect TMG to be giving detailed reviews of 14 and 10nm as well
