I won't name names but I can think of one HR hack who deserves to get fired because she sat back and let me get screwed out of my job a few years ago. Total slave to management, not a clue what the guys in the field have to deal with and will stab you in the back or let you get thrown under the bus if they need to while lying to your face the whole time.

The day after Brooklyn voted in the union (1/26/12), the Vice-President was immediately fired. Soon after that, several managers were either fired or transferred.

HR should be fired cause they don't know how to do the job. They should be judged on metrics. They have screwed up on something every single time I have needed assistance. Management are good people but puppets and I am certain that deep down inside they wish they could form a union.
