Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Stealth Recession Has Begun

If even companies like Kellogg's, selling food, are in big trouble, obviously there is a problem. Employees at each company tend to be myopic, only seeing what's going on in their little world.

This isn't about Kellogg's, Sears, At&T, or Intel. It's about the entire economy, which was propped up by the loosest credit and lowest interest rates in history....and the FED printing trillions in Monopoly money.

That doesn't create a recovery, it creates a massive bubble. And now it is beginning to pop. God help us all.

I agree all the signs are pointing this way another recession bigger than the last are coming. From what I see everything will look good this summer (media, Wall Street, etc.) will say all is well leading into August/September I really believe the "Great Recession" will happen either in the fall of 2017 or the fall of 2018 I hope it doesn't happen until next year but it's coming and it will be absolutely devastating. Along with all the food companies look at the bubbles in the market- the car bubble is already starting to show signs of bursting and in many areas the housing bubble is back to the same heights of 2006 to 2008. People in my area are paying the same prices for homes as that time frame. We are all in for another serious economic event in the near future.
