You need to understand that the top dogs get the best and the peons literally get.......
I worked in that dept for years and it was so manager heavy that I wondered who actually did any work as the managers didn't do crap albeit a couple. I think that finally dumping all the managers that did nothing but carry a piece of paper around all day to look busy got the boot. Unfortunately they kept a few that are still fooling them. I am so happy that I finally left that group on my own and are able to really enjoy myself now that I don't have to deal with their crap anymore. I had some really good years there and don't regret them. They put food on my table for years. It's just that you can only see and deal with so much ineptness it has to come to an end.
