I wonder if the Kelloggs employees who generate all the massive amounts of reports they spew at us have ever worked store level before.
Trying to lead or berate a Salesforce through reports is a very interesting tactic.
They expect us to jump when these reports come out but honestly it's counterproductive. Just makes reps mad and dig their heels in.
Maybe if they spent half their time in the stores talking to the accounts rather then relying on reports to run the business from a distance they wouldn't be so lost in how to position themselves.
For example: our current President. All the polls and reports gave him no chance. Well guess who's in office now.
