Those locations aren't the only ones with cuts. They're just the only ones with Employee Assistance onsite. I am not in one of those locations. They haven't started yet, but outplacement services have arrived.
Those 23% are maybe 10-12 ppl while the 6% are over a thousand. Don't believe all that talk
I bet the rank and file don't get anywhere near the same severance the senior leadership received, though.
But those poor 23% of senior leadership that already got the ax.
