Very dirty layoffs with COVID-19! Tell employees that they have to take PTO and still work. Then once the PTO is used up layoff employees across divisions and give minimal severance. Executives all keep their jobs. They claim their policy is "do no harm". Don't believe a word Capgemini says. People don't matter, only results count.

It's True. Management scheduling/Sending employment separation email in 3 hours window. It's time to think about title " People Matter Result Count".

This is VERY TRUE and NOT fake news. I know because I got laid off and a whole lot of people did. Once they merged with IGATE, all of the top management and HR were replaced by Indian IGATE employees. It was like discrimination against non-Indian employees. SMH

Capgemini has started Layoffs , this is true

Senior Directors and Vice presidents are already asked to leave Cap due to IGate overburden

1) All 4 and 5 rating resources are sacked and still continuing (this is regular every year)

2) All LBS resources are asked to leave who ever in bench though they have 1 (outstanding) and 2 (above expectations) rating

3) RMG department is instructed to send away the resources who are in bench irrespective of technology how hot or cold the technology is ,including Bigdata

Layoff has not been happened in Capgemini yet..Please don't beleive in such rumours.

this is absolutely true. After igate acquire, cg has not given appraisal and those who have given their all hike have been put into variable means indirectly no hike at all for skilled employees. Also since this year policies like compulsory 9.5 hours, strict leave policy, closing dormitory for patients are making employee life hell.
