I have read the whole integration Process. How can this man become the CEO.I have heard him he is does not have a vision to grow. But to fire the employees form the organization. And show that he can manage margin. Now days it is lot of pressure onsite project, USA due to the government policy. This show poor planning of the CEO to opt for easy way fire people. If he had guts not to fire people and manage to keep the margin.

Can someone please train kandula ji in public speaking? His talk is so pathetic, it does not match the levels of a CEO. If he cannot be re trained then can he be fired?
