So no mention of what's to come in 2018 .just a lot of dancing around questions . The union was mentioned and we were told it's a divided shop in Oakland ! Really divided ? Isn't that what this company has built over the years with the way they do stack rankings and repeats . You (corporate ) built this and this way ! We've been asking for changes in the repeat policy and the other policies that have built walls between fellow techs . So you can't be surprised this is all happening . My question is when are they getting in Morris ? There's a reason corporate came here guys and it's not to talk Ats . It's to get a feel on what's happening here . Yes we are all pissed, but how pissed . We need protection and I know a lot of you say from what but I don't think you see the big picture here . Corporate changes their minds quicker then they can let it get to us as we see constantly changing policies . We need to put a stop to the constant b---s--- write ups and rules different for all the butt kissers it's such junk ! I don't care what anyone thinks we already get treated like a union for the most part anyway . Whether you bust your hump or just get by unless you kiss butt we all get the same raise ! Might as well keep it across the whole board plus have some security .

I was supposed to get written up once for having a minor accident tripping over a curb and spraining my ankle. I wish I was joking. "I shouldve been more careful". That's why it's called an "accident" and not an "on purpose" you management stooges!

Call the 827! Finally can sleep at night again. Nothing is guaranteed but it helps to know someone has your back. If we lose the job, so be it. That's their loss and I will find another job and be successful. I will not go down without a fight and neither should you.
