That is so true! I see it every day. We spend a fortune in training and it isn't the right kind of training. Every one buys whatever they want on their Pcards. Everyone does their own thing even if it is wrong. Houston, we have a problem!

That's too bad. But that is the way this company works . Hopefully these people that were im sure hard working people I hope are smart enough not to return . Fmcti has a history of letting go the finest and keeping there buddys (zeros) . They WILL bring in a bunch of good people that will destroy more than it was worth to them. (Lack of training) here push this button and walk off . Then they wonder what the hell is going on. Pretty funny!!!!
