You are right, Williams is going to do whatever they want to do. I may apply for a few jobs since in the past they have rehired employees. Only if it is a win win situation though. I know age is a big problem, but who knows maybe somebody will actually value experience and expertise, not holding my breath, but it could happen,

I am not sure it about it being unhealthy I feel pretty damm good right now, I am trying to move on as well.

To the person posting about the jobs. You need to move on. It's not healthy. No matter what Williams did or didn't do, talking about it here means nothing. This website is mostly for anonymous gossip and entertainment. Turn that energy to productivity and accept that Williams is in your past. Just friendly advice.
Actually 10 another one posted, dont know why these positions where not opened up or saved last year could have saved some employees from termination. Doesn't seem right and makes one wonder about the integrity at Williams and why it is a core value, Answers please?
Actually 10, another one just posted!! Hard to say how many are back filling form the terminations of last year. most likely some. This is really moving at a fast pace, looks like all the managers are looking to fill slots underneath them, expect this to continue at a furious pace.
