I wonder that, all these comments shared by above. I found this the place and I can also share my bad experience with CTS Management.
They have worst mentality in-terms of putting pressure on getting revenue on it and no manes to handling the people. Always they are focusing on trying to blame any small mistake and no single motivation on even if do day & night, week-end or extra hours, etc..
No matter what it is their feeling to gain the resources at their targets. Other ways they will give bad rating.
Kindly stop layoff, their life's risk will go very badly mode and very important consideration, please suggest some time stay and get project as soon as possible.
