Every Tuesday we have 17 managers and coaches in. And hardly any outfitters. They can't give outfitter hours because of budget, but can have 17 managers and coaches in. A lot of outfitters are getting really pissed off here in the North East.

B B**, you don't work here anymore...stop commenting.
It's the same here in the Midwest :/
Must be Hamburg, they need to cut management in half and hire people for the floor. That store is the state's next casino. What a waste of all the good dedicated people they lost.
Oh this thing is SO top heavy it's ridiculous. You have to be a private detective here in Sidney to track down an outfitter in the store. Most great companies are built on salesmanship and paying their top most knowledgeable sales guys top dollar. These EVP's only want to pay themselves. Pay your sales guys the best in the industry, you'll then attract the best people and you can't imagine the you'll go. And if they're not cutting the mustard - they're gone! My Grandfather - a brilliant man - once told me, "Do you know why my company is the best in class? Because I'm dependent on a brilliant staff. To get that you need to pay the best in your industry and that's what I do. Nobody pays like me ... but just look at the result." When you have an E-team that only knows how to effect the stock by cutting expenses - this is what you get. INVEST IN YOUR PEOPLE AGAIN - they are everything!!
Perfect example how to kill a company. Maybe a Chinese (yeek) will take over? Just another sad example of not being a responsible manager.
