OP, not sure why you think your post could be removed. Only site admins can remove the posts here, and they do that only if you break one of their rules. You can find their rules somewhere in the footer, basically, naming names and using derogatory language is not allowed. But they can be brutal, if you violate rules hard, they nuke all you ever written and block your IP. Happened to me two months ago, still on proxy, super slow.
I believe u will be able to collect both unemployment and severance package stay on as Kellogg is eliminating your position after your last day.
Unemployment is way better by far keep in mind they will tax u at 45% on your stay on bonus because it considered a bonus so u will get about half of your bonus
