Kelloggs has a lot of people making over 1,2,3 million plus a year. Many getting million plus a year bonus. Explain how they getting these huge bonuses when company is "struggling".

To the person who replied above, yes there is a problem making that much money. I bet you're not losing your job or don't know what it's like to make 15-20 cents a year raise as a KM or make just $43 K as a KSR and work 70-80 hours a week. John Bryant needs to be fired and deported back to Australia.
Nothing wrong with making big money.
The problem is, he provided very little value for all that money.
