This is very unfortunate that managers are forced to give forth buckets even though the associates are performing well. The associates performing well this year than last year got the forth buckets. It all depends on the your relation with the manager nothing else. Finally some good performers facing risk because of this.

Very true -Given to Good Performers Too
(This is very unfortunate that managers are forced to give forth buckets even though the associates are performing well. The associates performing well this year than last year got the forth buckets. It all depends on the your relation with the manager nothing else. Finally some good performers facing risk because of this.). I wonder if your manager is the god who decides everything for you . What kind of relationship u will hav with your manager if u r in different locations ?as long as u r innocent n listen to them they give good rating !is the bootlicking solution for sucess?!
This kind of approach in deciding talent is scary ..
Both comany n employee should hav an understanding n a good company should consider employees wishes which will increase productivity.senseless hiring n relaying on managers alone to decide about employees performance ?!
Managers n HR won't share jnfo about the accounts n account managers and no power to do anything u can't escalate the issue to anyone in fear of wat may come at u. and by the time they hand over the lists of diff accounts u r laid off..!
There are somany serious politics done subtly only if higher management knows about this.
Or they only see numbers?!
Because ur project manager can make u sit idle n not give u a project or Info or involve n get u laid off ..
Being beware also won't help sometimes because u can't be as political n cunning .After all who can you talk to...when only numbers speak . U can only prove your metal if u r given genuine work.
U hav degree from foreign universities
U r a quick learner
U are very adaptable to any client environment
Automation n digitalization isn't a big deal to catch for someone so qualified and well verse with IT n business administration..
How can u call such smart brains as underperformers?! Did any client they worked for commented badly abou them ? No !!! Then how can u rate them low just because Cts managers think he isn't because they didn't give him any projects only to make sit idle ?!
Introspect ... Learn from mistakes .., change the ways..
Thanks a big time !!!
