It's unbelievable how a habit such as smoking could have a say in your career. A person with 0 IT experience is been given one opportunity after other to get billed. This person does all the chores of the manager in question and also networks with him while smoking. People with better skillet are ignored. Pathetic human relationship. Trust no one here.
