Has ADP ever thought of asking anyone of considering taking a pay cut or a option of transferring to one of new locations instead of just kicking them to the curb?

Given the new salaries that are being paid to the new cheap workers that are replacing the laid off ones, if it was possible for an existing well paid employee to take a pay cut and move to one of the hubs, the pay cut in most cases would exceed 50%!
That would be too compassionate and not a sound business decision.
