If you've never seen what Brooklyn's wage contract looked like, then here it is. The contract only shows yearly salaries. So I used Microsoft Excel to calculate the hourly wage and the percentage increase from one year to the next.
Again, their contract only shows yearly salary. But I'm figuring it's easier for everyone to get an understanding, looking at how much "per hour" instead of per year. It's provided to give you an idea. It is not a promise nor a guarantee. All terms are negotiated between ATS or Altice and the union. Then YOU, if a member, decide by voting Yes or No. Unions DO NOT DECIDE FOR YOU. That's your job. There is nothing to hide or whisperings in your ear. I'm only doing this so that you can make a fair decision for your career, whatever you decide.

The first column is the number of years with Cablevision. The next column is yearly salary, hourly salary, then the percentage increase or decrease between that salary and the one previous.
Example:

The 6.6% is the increase received, between the $15.88 and $16.93. Another way of saying "raise."
I guarantee you..... Corporate or Management.... is very pissed. Like I give a f**k.
This changes their game plan. And I assure you I won't be invited to any of their future weddings. That's for sure.
