They will be micro managed to hit last years numbers, even though they are not ordering. Your K value will be long travel and a 24-7 schedule. I was with my Dm at Walmart and showed him 19 out of stocks of pop tarts. So how many chesse it cookies out of stocks are you going to have.

Is simply a purging of baby boomers for millenials. Cost of an aging workforce combined with statistical data that basically says "large percentage of work population will likely get sick, miss work, and cost more money. Healthcare cost/employee lost productivity is the underlying denominator
I heard the reps kept on board thru the transition are being offered a "contract" that lasts thru December of 2018. So those lucky ducks get to pull the scab off again in about 20 months.

They didn't want to keep you because you probably never made your period or quarter budget numbers. And I don't know how long you've been with the company but ordering and stocking CHEEZ-IT's is something you should be ordering everyday in all the stores and I can't believe you haven't noticed that the box is NOT spelled "chesse it". Why did you think they were gonna keep you if you can't spell the #1 selling cracker this company offers?
wal mart only employs people who cant get a job any where else , have you ever noticed that the great value products are blown out, I hate Walmart and I do not support them, on my last day I'm going to tell their management to f--- off.
