Many of the Infosys folks assigned to work at Fossil were already in the US on work visas for other assignments including some for petroleum engineering that had nothing to do with Fossil and Information Technology. There were only assigned to keep the visa's active and the Infosys employees were told that they would be sent home if the did not pretend to be qualified. Fossil IT Management was well aware of this.

Xenophobic BS doesn't lessen the fact that Infosys and Fossil participated in an H-1b scam.

Our IT is a joke. When you have to open a work order ticket for an issue, then it's closed without the issue being solved. Meanwhile Bobby Patel is either on a coffee break, jib jabin' with other Patels or wandering around the parking lot in packs of 3. Infosys is nothing but a visa scam.
