Thread regarding Cabela's Inc. layoffs

Who is to blame who is not to blame

Way to much finger pointing going on, yes Sidney is in trouble, so many lives disrupted. Maybe it is time for people to step back take a breath calm down and think rationally.

This constant bickering and name calling is not going to help or solve the situation.

Who is to blame - it is very easy - Tommy - he took a healthy company and drove it to the ground via decisions, big box hires, forgetting what brought us to the table and overspending. Simple as that

Sidney wants to be a St. Bernard (big shark) when actually it is a teacup poodle (goldfish)

Do you not get it? I was lord to this town, recruited. Told that the company had a wonderful history encouraged to buy a house. I put my life savings into my house only to find out the Cabela's knew all along that they were going to sell the company to bass pro. This is a life changing event for me. And all so a handful of people could get an extra couple of millions of dollars.

Says the person who is still employed and doesn't have a care in the world. "It's always easy to come up with a solution to someone else's problems".
