A Master - Servant relationship. The corporate aristocrats have an entitlement mentality to rule and to perpetual wealth. They own you and your family. Most are unaware of it . This time there will be no cake.
You nailed it. They are going to layoff the folks to get their money back. They know they got a bad deal
Not next but in the queue. Business 101 tells you that the only reason to stand up the company as four "mini-me" companies (business units) is to sell them off. Francisco and Elliot got sold a bill of goods and are going to get their money back somehow. No growth on the horizon so increasing revenue is out. 25% of the company gone with the last two rounds of layoffs so more cuts are just stupid at this point. Not much left except to put some lipstick on and hope to find a buyer who was as gullible as Francisco Partners was.
