Do we think the senior management team will ever get their act together on tackling how much product walks out of our doors? I see someone from LP once in a blue moon it seems, but the store's shrink is sky high. I had heard they hit them with layoffs like everyone else, but don't you think getting rid of those who keep product from leaving is worth the cost?

Seems some people stayed up to turn the clocks forward right at the designated time.
The Asset and Profit Protection Manager (APM) positions are now mostly gone from Sears, which places many stores at incredible risk. The Loss Prevention Associate (LPA) are also cut back, and some stores have neither of those positions. The APM and LPA positions closely monitored internal and external theft attempts, handled risk-management issues, and monitored surveillance cameras. Many are gone now, and if the public knew it now -- well, a "free for all" could be in the making !
