Yes, they are using rating funds to push people. Even if client feedback is good, they will rate as per wish.
This is happening in India, they are trying to push out as many people as possible and using ratings to accomplish so. Accenture India is doing the same thing.
There is nothing like that happened in Capgemini. Please dont post such things/rumors
