I'm already asked to travel more unpaid mileage. Does this mean this will continue until I am traveling 2 hours to my first stop?

Your mileage should start at either your first store or 22 miles from home (whichever is closest), and end at last stop or 22 miles from home (again, whichever is closest.) My regular work area is 50+/- miles from home with occasional start/finish somewhere between 5-35 miles away. Check your Motus mileage log to make sure you're getting what you're supposed to be getting.
According to my MM, we can put anything above 1 hour drive time to first stop or from last stop in as "Other" on KStars (with manager approval). They deem 1 hour a reasonable amount of drive time to or from. If you meet resistance, call HR.
This is, to the best of my knowledge, the policy for KMs and KSR-Ds. Not sure about KSRs.
The only thing going on at Kellogg is like the movie titanic there playing a lot of music while the ship continues to sink
Blame your zone scheduler, that idiot probably makes 60 thousand a year and doesn't know how to do their job along with the merchandising manager.
