Im starting to feel that the management is not telling us the truth.I think that we been so focused on the possibility of layoffs, pay cuts and retirement and treatment .We overlooked that they may make it so that you dont or cant work at company anymore, I dhould have never believed management their out for themselves?? Anyone else here about this plan to ship people all over.?..

Highly doubt shifting people around is going to be common practice. Maybe here and there but its extremely inefficient to do so. Plus, there is still old system to run. You will be in the same spot doing the same job, of course under a new name ATS and new rules. For Now. Maybe in a couple years its is more likely as more of the fiber is constructed.

Saying NO to their "request" is the same as saying, "I do not wish to participate in the future growth of this company."
You must be kidding.
They are shifting people around as needed. It's not forced. It's being offered as an option. Unless they close your depot down completely like they will with union depots. you have nothing to worry about.

Well its always hard to believe that when your a good commited worker that they wouldnt want to keep you that way, but it would seem this new way of thinking does not always take that intt account.Betrayed .Wow whats next
