Just heard merchandisers are getting a raise next month? What's up with that?

Most of my days begin, end, or begin and end 50+ miles from home. Every work day since last April 110+/- round trip. Looks like they better hurry if they're going to get this fixed before my last day. HA!!
The PDPs will keep the worthless DMs and MMS busy for the next few months. Oh, and they also need to spend time adjusting the schedules provided by the "scheduler" to keep merchandisers from crossing three counties to begin their day. Very important work for zero budget goals.
April is when our yearly raises kick in. Maybe someone forgot to tell HR that we're getting the axe.
Just got another email saying that I needed to complete my PDP. What the f--- am I supposed to write? "In 2017 my personal development plan is to become unemployed half-way through the year."
F---ing idiots...
Probably because to many are quitting and they have to keep them around or it will be a bigger cluster fck than it already is.
