I was one of those supervisors who took the package, I was told that 99.9% i would be extended until 4/30/17. I advised management that since I would be losing my benefits (insurance) I will be taking my sick time to schedule needed appointments before i lose my insurance. I was told by my manager this was fine as long as I schedule them. Then n the later part of January I was told by my manager that sorry but I was not extended and my last day would be 2/17/17. So I scheduled Doctors appointments and scheduled days off. I was told by me manager that I they could not approve time off and that I better check they agreement before I take the sick time because they would be going to HR and advise that I was being uncooperative implying that my package would be in jeopardy. So with that being said I canceled the much needed doctors appointments . I put my health in jeopardy. My manager tried to cover by stating that it was never promised I would be extended and that it was said it was only 99.9 % sure. If I would have known I would have scheduled these appointments when I first accepted the package. was this done on purpose? makes you think. So I took the package and now I need to schedule the much needed appointments with my new insurance, if accepted. To add insult to injury AlticeUsa has screwed up my pay checks for the last 4 weeks. also I returned 2 Samsung boxes to help reduce the cost my monthly bill, yet I received a bill for the upcoming month with no change, I contacted employee accounts they agreed that they saw the return of the STB's and would credit my account , only time will tell, also I have been charged for using the company Gym, If I am not employed for the company why would I be charged. Makes you wonder how are customers bills handled correctly? I am sorry that I went on for so long but as you can tell I am very disappointed in the way my final days were handled, I have always given 110% to this company and i did not get the 99.9% that I was lead to believe. Lessons learned to late.
