If you want a taste of reality just look at what happened to Everest and WyoTech after the sale to ECMC, 70% of the employees that were employed when the transition took place and were told their jobs were safe were gone within the first 6 months. Also, take a look at what's happening over at UOP since they were sold. YOUR FUTURE IS NOT SAFE.

Mark's statement that all employees will be retained is wishful thinking considering he's no longer calling the shots.

The whole thing is sad and pathetic to say the least.

I would wish you all luck but why compound the denial and lies.

So the company is being sold this cheap and you think you are getting bonuses and raises? Think again you high paid people will not be enjoying those paychecks anymore. Have fun even if you still have a job after this restructuring.
