Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Will this new not-for-profit fall into the category for Public Service Loan Forgiveness for my student loans? I'm an instructor and wondering if this will be a thing we can do now that we will be working for a not-for-profit education institution.

Worked in FA for a while and for a few years at an EDMC school.

Saw a lot of people go through loan forgiveness with ITT Tech. Basically, unless the only loans the person has ever received are from AI, theres no chance they are granted forgiveness. It's nearly impossible.

Not sure how DCF is classified so can't say for certain. But you'd need to make 120 payments, so you'd need to work for them for ten years from the point the sale is approved. And I would not assume this sale or its conversion to nonprofit status, despite DCF being nonprofit, is going to automatically be approved by the DOE or accreditation.
