Why do I need somebody to "represent" me if I just do my job? Yeah, I'm at will, but so is almost the rest of America. If your here to develop yourself and continue a career their is no fear. If your full of anger and always feel the need to mouth off to the sups or blow off work cause you think it's too hard or you just don't think you should have to do it than I guess you need the union. Honestly every guy at my shop who yells how good the union is isn't somebody I'd wanna work with.
