Raises. Im number 47 out of 115 in my depot and my numbers are top noch . and got a 2.5 pecent raise wich is not even the cost of basic living in nj so when you do the math is not even a raise at all so tell me again why we dont need a union? if you want to work for altice going forward for just bonus pay every year so be it not me union is the only option at this point. For all those who claim working hard is the way in this company clearly do not no what they talking about.

It's called being a paper tech that's all they look at. If you know how to manipulate the system your good. For the guys that actually know how to fix stuff they get screwed. Have you ever been to one of the guys job that is in the board? GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!! PAPER TECHS and management praising them cause they know how to cheat the system.
Oh! Let me get this right so downloading a optimum app, creating an email , would have made a strong performer wich has nothing to do with work . Bottom line the way they rate techs is flaud .
Outstanding Impact - 5.5% merit increase (top 10% get this)
Strong Performance - 4.0% merit increase (20% get this)
Valuable Contribution - 2.5% merit increase (65% get this)
Requires Improvement - 0.0% merit increase (bottom 5% get this)
even though you may have "excellent" numbers, you still only rank (47 out of 115) which puts you in the most commonly distributed tier; Valuable 😡
Altice has already announced changes to this process for 2017.

Key word "guaranteed" Guess you haven't been around a while. There was years of no raises when you were at top of pay scale. What companies do not give annual raises?
Hey, if you vote in the union and get the same contract as mentioned here you'll get a guaranteed 2% bonus. You do know that most companies don't even give annual raises?
You are correct with that I had excellent numbers and an outstanding impact on my review. I'm voting for the union as soon as they get to my shop
